I was hoping to save some money before having the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system upgraded.

When I moved into our apartment I was absolutely excited.

My mortgage was almost half the cost of our rent in the apartment, and the utility costs were much cheaper. The realtor had already told myself and others that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system was almost more than nine years old, but I was okay with that. I liked that I could save some money before I had to have the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system upgraded. I got our furniture into the home and had everything all set up. Finally I had a apartment that I could be proud of, and I could have friends and family over to visit without horrifying the property owner. I was planning on having our entire family over for the holidays. I wanted to cook dinner at home. I had been in the condominium for about various weeks. The turkey was roasting, and I didn’t notice the gas furnace had quit working until I left the kitchen area. All of a sudden, I was chilled. I checked the thermostat and although it was set at seventy, the temperature was down to sixty. I could have cried because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford a current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system at this point. Regardless, I had to call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company and hope someone could get there before our family arrived. I didn’t know if they could repair the gas furnace or if it had to be upgraded, but I could not have our family over if it was going to be frigid in our home. I made the PC call, had a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech at the home within an sixth, and I found out that the reason I didn’t have heat had nothing to do with the gas furnace. My breaker switch flipped from an overload.
