I have wanted a finished basement for a long time now, & finally, I am getting there, then there was a lot of lake house renovation that needed to go down in order to make this possible, i must have spent over several thoUnited Statesnd dollars on every single thing I did in here.
The final step once everything was in place & together was expanding on my HVAC system.
In order to have fine heating & cooling in the basement, I needed to have some extra HVAC duct laid in addition to my already existing HVAC duct. The basement never had any HVAC running through it before, nor were there air vents in it! So these were things that all had to be accounted for. I called my local HVAC supplier to see how much it would all cost & get everything set up. It was going to be a few more thoUnited Statesnd bucks to get all this done! And, I have no option to do it because I want central HVAC in my finished basement. The other option would be a bunch of space furnaces & ductless mini chop air conditioning systems, but, that is not exactly the rout I would love to go at this point in time, central HVAC being expanded will be the best thing for my brand new finished basement! My whole family agrees as well… My other half did not love the plan of getting a ductless mini chop air conditioning plan either.
