I have been a realtor for many years now, but I have to admit to you that occasionally I do not love some of our clients.
I believe that that is a bad thing to say when you are working with the public, however, I have been doing this for a long time, plus I believe that there is a certain group of people out there who are actually impossible to sell houses to.
In our experience, guys who work as Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C workers are absolutely the worst when it comes to showing them homes plus trying to get them to make an offer on something. I recognize love I am consistently wasting our time whenever I’m working with someone who is a heating plus cooling worker. I have noticed a trend among them that the heating plus cooling method inside of whatever condo they are looking at has to be absolutely perfect. It’s love they never want to have to go back plus do any sort of renovation on the heating plus cooling method at all. Not only that, though but they also expect for the homes to have state of the art brand current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment installed in them, too. I hate to tell them but most of the homes that I show these afternoons do not have replaced Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. Most of the time, current owners end up upgrading the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems in the older homes that they purchase. But no Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker that I have ever dealt with is willing to do that sort of thing. I know they are just so sick of their tasks that they do not want to have to know about that kind of thing where they buy a current house.
