Last year when our sibling got a massive promotion at work, he ended up having to buy a apartment without even checking it out in person; When he told myself and others that he was doing this, I thought it was the craziest thing that I had ever heard of.
I had never even heard of a guy purchasing a sizable purchase love a lake apartment without at least seeing it first! But our sibling did not assume it was a legitimately massive deal.
She had hired a realtor who specialized in that kind of thing plus he felt pretty comfortable about purchasing the home. She told myself and others that the only thing that he was actually entirely distraught about was that kind of heating plus cooling program that was going to be in the house. She knew for a fact that he did not want a boiler program as his main source of heating because he is scared of those, but apparently a lot of houses in the section where he was moving to have boiler systems as their main heating source so he wanted to be sure that that did not happen to her! She told the realtor that he wanted a high efficiency heating plus cooling program plus that he would love to have a UV light air purification program in the apartment too. But other than that, the only thing that he entirely wanted to have was a fireplace of some sort. She said that he didn’t care if it was a wood burning fireplace or a gas log fireplace. In the end, our sibling ended up getting a apartment with everything that he wanted. She is loving it there.
