I never would have been able to think that my husband would become an Heating and A/C specialist in the future.
My husband and I are high school sweethearts, and I’m sure all of our old classmates would be surprised to discover that he is now a Heating and A/C specialist, especially because he is easily the least hands-on person that I have ever met. To be fair, he turned out to be great at hands-on work, even though he never tried it. My husband has always been a quick learner. When we were in high school, he spent hours studying after school each day. He was a nerd through and through, but he always had difficulty when it came to practical things, such as the Heating and A/C course that our high school gave. He was terrible, which was funny because my family owns a heating and cooling business. For years, my husband worked in finance, but recently, his company went under. Honestly, he was a little burnt out from the corporate world and felt a sense of relief to be out of it. My brother decided to offer to hire him on as a heating and cooling specialist for our family business. It was easy for my husband to figure out what was wrong with the Heating and A/C unit, even though he was too uncoordinated to figure out how to do anything to actually fix the Heating and A/C unit at first. However, now, he is a fully-trainedHeating and A/C specialist. When my brother offered to train him, he knew that it would be a strenuous task. However, he knew that my husband would be able to figure it out. I am ecstatic that he saw potential in my husband to be a great Heating and A/C specialist because I didn’t think that. While he may look like a finance guy, my husband has really embraced and appreciated his new role in the heating and cooling industry. Not to mention, it is really nice to have him tied to our family’s legacy.
