I have a lake view, tons of land plus security. I can hear animals running around and I can see the birds. The issue was after buying my expensive land plus paying landscapers to wash an area, I didn’t have much cash left. Creating a whole house from top to bottom is a lot. It also requires a lot of different corporations coordinating together. I decided that for right now I am just going to live in a tiny home. I found a company that offers affordable lake beach house solutions. I am technically living in a few shipping containers linked together. I have plenty of space and the outside of it doesn’t look that bad. Inside I have heating, cooling, plumbing, plus electricity. I have a study room, bedroom, bathroom plus kitchen. It feels like a real house plus it was a ¼ of the cost. It is nice that I have my own section and can enjoy my land. I have been saving my cash plus unquestionably working with an architect to build the home of my dreams. I am not in a hurry though. It is kind of nice living in a tiny home. The shipping container aspect isn’t even something I think about until a person asks me what my home is made out of. I am not freezing or experiencing structural concerns at all. It is secure plus comfy as a normal house. I am definitely going to keep the house as a guest home once I have my real house built. It is a wonderful little home.
