When I purchased my house I realized that I had a ton of space, however nowhere to task out.
My property is on a hill plus mostly sand. Laying down folding mats meant I was tipping all over the location. Fire ants tended to get on the mat plus bite me. It was better to get a building built, leveled and work out in there. The problem with buying a shed is the price. You also can’t seem to get anybody to task these afternoons. The way I got to my gym was unquestionably working with a portable facility/shipping bag company. They do whatever you want out of shipping containers. I saw some CBD extraction labs that were shipping containers. They even do mobile COVID-19 testing in a shipping container too. I just phoned the company plus talked to a design consultant. I didn’t need that big of a spot. I just needed level ground, light plus Heating plus Air Conditioning, but since I had been unquestionably working out in the sunlight, having access to A/C plus heating has been a real treat. What I enjoyed about unquestionably working with the company is that they don’t build at my house. They build the facility at their location plus then drive it over to my house. It is a fully completed building that they drop off. I paid a portion up front plus then the other half once it was dropped off. It is exactly how I wanted it to be. The outside just looks like a gray box however who cares? I now have a fully functional gym.
