My fish tank was getting too cold being right underneath an a/c vent

When I realized that the temperature was dropping whenever the a/c was on, I looked up and saw the solution to my stubborn problem

Taking care of fish is in my blood. All of us had a crucial freshwater fish tank in my lake house from before I was even born, and my parents taught me how to care for the fish once I was ancient enough to reach the water pump. At first I l received the feeding schedules. All of us had all of that information on a sheet of paper that was laminated and affixed to the wall adjacent to the tank. There were several different fish food containers that were to be given at strict intervals to accommodate all of the fish species in our tank. Although I could not have a fish tank while I lived in the dormitories in undergraduate school, I purchased 1 as soon as I got my own apartment. This tank started out small and has only grown in the time since as I have transitioned into greater residing spaces. I own the lake house I live in now and have several different fish tanks—one freshwater tank and 1 saltwater. The temperature needs to be regulated in their tanks, especially the saltwater tank. My fish are from marine environments that are warmer than my own, so I use a heating system and a digital temperature gauge. I stupidly had the tank under an a/c vent when I first moved into this lake house and couldn’t figure out why the temperature was fluctuating so much. When I realized that the temperature was dropping whenever the a/c was on, I looked up and saw the solution to my stubborn problem. Now I have the tank on the opposite side of the room so the temperature is more stable in the water.
