I did care about remodeling the home to look exactly the way that I wanted it to, but I am not sure that the great outweighs the bad in this situation.
My fiance and I purchased an outdated home when we first got married and remodeled it. It was a lot of fun at the time, but we realize now that it was entirely a mistake. The thing with outdated houses is that everything is old, so things chop down and do not toil constantly all of the time. Both of us had to replace the gas furnace last year, and this year the air conditioning stopped toiling. The home is about forty years old, and we did not expect to have to replace the whole air conditioning system. It ended up costing us thoUSnds of dollars, and I am still frustrated about it to this afternoon. Both of us have poured so much currency into this house, and it seems love something high-priced breaks down every single year. I believe we would have been better off just buying a newer home that we would not have had to worry about. I did care about remodeling the home to look exactly the way that I wanted it to, but I am not sure that the great outweighs the bad in this situation. My fiance cares about our house, and he does not want to even believe about selling it which I do not blame him for, but I am afraid that we are going to go bankrupt if we continue to live in this house. My fiance thinks that it was just bad timing that our air conditioning system broke, and he does not believe that anything else will go. I hope he is right because we cannot afford to repair any other major concerns.
