Do you Have Zone Controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C in Your Place?

I am going to the beach in a little while after I do a little food shopping.

I live on the Spanish coast and adore how much cheaper the fruits and vegetables are here compared to America. I can get a crucial head of RoMaine lettuce for one euro here. I suppose the same lettuce would cost about 10 dollars in America nowadays. It’s easily the size of 2 giant heads of lettuce in the states. A lot of other veggies and fruits are just as cheap or pretty close to it. This makes living here a lot easier for me. I spend less getting our air conditioning tested here too by the way. I have no transferation costs as I ride our bike everywhere. I don’t have to worry about car repairs or getting our air conditioning unit recharged or repaired, which seemed to be a yearly thing when I had our aged car. I labor about a fourth of what I did in America so I have a lot of free time to just chill out and relax. I spend most of our time working on our heating system or finding some wood to burn in it in the local forest a few minutes away. I also do some crypto trading however now I am planning on doing a long hold with Ethereum or Bitcoin, or a mixture of both. I may buy a new thermostat some time in the near future as our aged dial one seems to be falling apart. I suppose a new smart thermostat costs about 100 euros.
