I seem to eat the same fruits during the winter; pears and bananas. My number one fruit is apricot however it isn’t around right now. I adore to eat peanut butter then apricot right after. If you appreciate the 2 try mixing them appreciate this. Just eat a spoonful of peanut butter and then a nice chunk of sweet yellow apricot. It tastes amazing believe it or not. I appreciate to eat peanut butter without added sugar so the apricot gives it a nice sweet taste naturally. I also appreciate to eat peanut butter with strawberries, which tastes appreciate a PBJ. My Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech is all into the peanut butter and apricot things, along with his three youngsters. I eat a banana and peanut butter each night when I wake up in the middle of the night starving. My metabolism is quite fast so I need to be eating every few hours it seems. I also need to keep our air conditioning on until late fall or early Wintertide because I end up dripping with sweat too much if not. I also have a fan beside our bed to keep me cool. Normally, instead of running the gas furnace on sub zero afternoons I have our family room window open and a fan blowing next to me. It seems a bit crazy to need to do this but, if not, I end up waking up a lot in a pool of sweat. I appreciate to keep our thermostat set at about 69F during the night, this temperature seems to suit me best for sleep.
