I heard a little something recently from a co-worker that I am genuinely interested to try and see if it works for myself and others as it does for them. They were talking about how they save a lot of currency on their electric bills every month because they do not have to run their central heating and all the time! Even in the most drastic weather. The way they do this is by having a portable space heating system and a portable The portable space heating system and portable s make it so that they can run those when they are home instead of the central heating and air conditioner. Then, when they go to bed at evening they turn on the central heating or the central air conditioner. And when they are not home they leave the heat and cooling system off completely only to turn it on via their smart temperature control when they are on their way home! I thought all of this was a real brilliant idea all around. I already have the smart temperature control which saves myself and others currency as it is. I just do not have the portable space heating system or the portable unit. So I guess I may go out this weekend and buy a portable space heating system to start since it is Winter time right now. Then I will see if running the portable space heating system half the time reduces my electric bills even more than they already are now!
