My friend & I live in separate trailers near each other year-round, but last year, both of us got fed up with the way that every one of us were residing our lives, & every one of us wanted to downsize & try a straight-forwardr life, then every one of us sold our houses with all of the conveniences & Heating & Air Conditioning luxury, & every one of us each purchased our own RVs & decided to live in those year-round.
- My camper was in much nicer shape than her because I have a family; When I purchased my camper, I was undoubtedly satisfied to find that both my heating system & my toil without a problem.
I still purchased a small electric space heating system for supplemental heat, & I also purchased a propane space oil heating systems as a backup in case my heating system ever stopped working. I didn’t really problem myself with how my friend was going to heat her RV because I figured that she would be able to handle it on her own. However, halfway through the winter, I asked my friend how her heating system was holding up to the cold. That is when she told me that she didn’t even know if her heating system was working! When the colder temperatures came, she was too afraid to turn on her heating system because she didn’t know if any mice or critters died in the ducts! Instead of using a heating system to keep her camper toasty, she purchased a cheap radiant space heating system that keeps her RV at around 45-50 degrees all winter. Her lake house was particularly cold! I couldn’t assume that she hadn’t used her heating system all year!
