There are weird calls to get at evening, plus then there are the truly WEIRD ones, that you know must be a prank.
This happened various weeks ago, around 4 a.m.
so of course I was asleep! It was the phone that I use for work, with the emergency on-call number, so I had to answer it in case it legitimately was an emergency. On the other end of the line was a British lady who was shouting about the tour bus having a big complication, plus they were waiting for me at the shop. When I heard it was an air conditioner setback I was about to hang up on the lady, however then she gave me a hundred bucks cash just to take a look at it. This was a woman who knew how to get what she desired, plus thirty minutes later I was on that tour bus looking at the temperature control unit. More accurately, I was looking at where the control machine should be, because now it was just a hole in the wall pretty much. This was the tour bus for a rock plus roll band, one that I had never heard of in the past, plus they decided to service their own A/C drawback by chopping off the temperature control machine plus throwing it out the window. First I installed an up-to-date control unit, a smart one, plus then I did a diagnostic on the central HVAC device itself. I have to say the cooling device for this bus was twice as big as the one I use in my home! It ended up being a fairly simple fix, plus easy money.
