I was traveling for work for the next 4 nights so I left our six-year-old child with the nanny.
The plumber was busy to come on the day I was leaving so I told the nanny about it; When I called apartment that night I was informed that a heating contractor came into our apartment instead of the plumber plus did a furnace/heater tune-up… He was very rude plus asked the nanny why both of us had called, saying that both of us needed a furnace furnace maintenance when the electric heat pump was in perfect working condition.
He even had the temerity to ask what kind of adults lived with a child plus never bothered to check their air filter plus the incompetence of the electric heating plan upgrade was appalling, then at this point, I was very confused plus angry because I had not contacted any local repair provider for their central furnace services. I asked the nanny the name of the whole-apartment heating company that the heating serviceman was from plus gave them a call. I gave them a brief account of what had transpired, however she looked up the name of the serviceman in question plus promised to call back later on. As I waited I decided to look at their website to see what kind of company I was dealing with. They had an array of many temperature control systems which included a fancy-looking digital temperature control that would go so well with our zone control plan for the radiant floor heating that I had been eyeing for a while. It also had a very nice sector on energy-saving tips one could apply at home, it was such a shame that their staff was very unprofessional.
