I was getting double billed for more than two months

I am the supervisor of a 300 unit house building, then during the summer, the two of us can be backed up with air conditioner repairs, the house buildings are really old plus in need of extreme renovations, then all of us have an issue with an air conditioner every single day, and when the service staffing supervisor quit without notice, I was left without a woman to service the air conditioners, but i had to hire an outside service to handle all of the requests.

I did not have a lot of time to look for the best dealer, so I went with an Heating as well as Air Conditioning business that was recommended by a friend.

The Heating as well as Air Conditioning business handles repairs for commercial plus residential buyers. They were cheerful to meet with me plus discuss my needs. As soon as I retained the dealer, I had several calls for air conditioner repairs in the same week. The bills started rolling plus slowly plus I had a stack of paperwork on my desk from the Heating as well as Air Conditioning dealer. They wanted to be paid for all of the work. It was a reasonable request, but I had to submit all of the paperwork to the management business before they would write a check. They wrote a check in June plus another check in June. In November, they sent me an e-mail with questions about the billing practices. I was getting double billed for 3 months plus I did not notice until the management business started looking at all of the bills. I had to find another business fast while the two of us sorted out the financial problems with the first dealer.
