Smaller is better, when it comes to almost everything.

I am no different, however a few years ago I had a spiritual reawakening that allowed myself and others to view life through a modern lens. I was recovering from my heart attack, plus had the epiphany of how several things I had that I did not need — I had them just to have them. When I recovered I downsized my whole life, from my possessions to my condo itself. My modern condo has electric, plumbing, plus AC, plus yet the yearly costs are literally a single eighth of what they used to be. Instead of using a central Heating plus A/C system, I have 2 portable machines that I keep in the front closet, plus take them out only when needed. The first is a space heater, which plugs into the wall, uses legitimately little power, plus is strong enough to heat my humble home. I don’t have a lot of square footage here, so the space heating system is more than enough for my needs. In addition to that, I also have a portable air conditioner, not too weird from the a singles you see mounted in people’s window sills. Just as with the space heater, this little cooler packs enough of a punch to cool the place down on a moderate day. With my modern heating plus cooling arrangement I save space plus I save currency, so smaller really is better in my case.
