I have owned a small business with my brother Todd. Things have been slow lately. Todd and I rarely get calls for furnace repairs or ac service, plus our busiest time of the year is the summer. All of us give many services to the public which this includes a/c service services, air duct services, plus ventilation cleaning! Within the Springtime of this year, Todd and I decided to hire an advertising firm to create a website plus help us with Internet ads. My brother Todd knew a little bit about ads, however he was struggling to input all of the info to our website. All of us were using one of those web design plans that only allow you to change particular things, but he was becoming really frustrated over the past few days, but the advertising firm fixed all of the website problems in a few hours, plus then they spent a few weeks working on the rest of our website… Everything looked ideal in the end plus every one of us were happy for the final webpage to go reside. Sadly, none of the links on the contact page were functional. My spouse plus I didn’t even notice the problem until several of our heating as well as A/C customers called to complain. Todd and I had a lot of money on the Internet advertising, plus I was unquestionably unhappy that none of the links will turn on correctly! Happily, once every one of us called the internet specialists, they fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes.
