It is certainly a painful experience to watch as people carry away something you toiled to buy… Such was my experience a single evening when I came back to my dwelling late from work.
I had no clue in the slightest what was happening, but the noises in the backyard completely startled me.
Fearfully, I locked the front door in addition to made my way back to the living room side to see what was happening… Sadly, I was too late as I watched the Heating and A/C bandits pack our outdoor AC into the back of their van in addition to speed away. It appears they had been here long enough in addition to had all the time to unmount the AC appliance in addition to unfasten it without breaking anything else. I tried to call the security contractor to trace the thieves, but this did not work. Then the following afternoon, I called my employer in addition to reported that I would not be working as I had an emergency I needed to handle. I planned to visit the estate manager to report the incident. To my amazement, I was not the only person as there seemed to have been a coordinated AC in addition to heating system theft the other night. When I inquired more, it appears as though this group was used to doing this in the community. There were quite a few claims for the passing weeks, in addition to for some crazy reason, the security never seemed to catch the thieves. This was rather scary because we honestly did not understand what would be next once the thieves were finished stealing Heating and A/C appliances. Should all of us be anxious that they may attack us when we are trying to sleep? Such revelations left most of the residents seeking a pressing meeting to chart a way forward for all the estate dwellers.
