The very idea of a place so perfect that no air conditioner was necessary regularly fascinated me. I honestly had heard that such a place existed, plus people naturally depended on the surroundings to remain comfortable. This would be so superb for me as it would save money on heating plus cooling expenses without sacrificing my comfort. I didn’t know what my bestie had planned for our last summer time getaway. The weather was startlingly too tepid back home. I had set the temperature control to ensure I got the coolest uneven temperatures, but nothing worked. And what’s more, the A/C in my place struggled to match our cooling needs that summer, plus I could not help but fret about the sky-rocketing bills that would come from this. I silently wished to go anywhere else to escape the blazing hot sun plus unwind since I had taken a month’s leave from work. Unknown to me, my bestie had booked a three-week getaway to the endpoint I had consistently read about. This was a private island in a single of the tropical nations that numerous tourists frequented in summer. She had been doing this secret project for a few months plus waited for the perfect time to bring me in. It was the most wonderful island ever, with expansive sky-clear waters plus lovely sandy beaches. The weather was enjoyable plus calming. I did not use the room A/C or oil furnace for the three weeks I was there. The weather was ideal both at night plus while in the day. Light rain showers made it even better. Sadly, with the wonderful activities arranged every day, the three weeks elapsed too hastily, plus we had to go back home. To date, I still dream of making my way back there to bask in the sun with no worries.
