All those crazy nightmare stories I heard from friends about building a home were true, plus then some.
My wifey plus I actually thought that all of us could spend enough time preparing for this house build that there wouldn’t be many surprises.
That’s not at all how it worked out. Oh for sure, all of us definitely put in the time as far as the planning went. There were many long nights under the a/c vent with the laptop at the kitchen table going over plus over the design. And all of us spent months carefully interviewing plus vetting the contractor. Plus, all of us even substituted the heating plus air conditioning device in the family house plus sold it prior to chopping ground. The people I was with and I didn’t want anything to be in our way. That meant that all of us would be residing in an apartment with less than reasonable heating plus cooling devices for the better part of a year. With all of those efforts, all of us still ran into all sorts of surprises when it came to building our home. The contractor wasn’t there nearly as much as he said he would be plus all of us finally had to step in with some of the subs. Thankfully though, all of us found a charming heating plus air conditioning contractor who did an excellent job on our heating plus cooling. The people I was with and I didn’t have to worry about him for a minute. His comprehension, professionalism plus organization were readily evident as soon as he started with us. And now, all of us are experiencing the best quality heating plus air all of us could have ever even dreamed of.
