I have talked with a lot of HVAC companies.
Some are fantastic but I had never gotten one that offered an after-sales maintenance to remove the mess that occurs after a tune-up or setup.
There is usually a lot of breaking of wires plus a lot of debris is left once the toil is complete. But I heard about this business from an associate so when it was time for my heating and A/C maintenance, I contacted them. They came over however and had awful news for me after examining my heating and A/C unit. They established that a major part had malfunctioned therefore, I would need to purchase a new heating and A/C unit. I was prepared for this as the unit had been bothersome for a while. I purchased a new heating and A/C system from the commercial heating and A/C provider and they proceeded with the cooling unit installation together with the duct sealing process. The specialists from this HVAC services company were truly helpful and would answer any questions I had for them. I asked about the type of AC filter they were using and they responded it was the HEPA filter which is apparently the best in the industry. They also upgraded my climate control to a better level and improved the programmable thermostat. These AC specialists also insisted that I have at least one heating and A/C maintenance on my residential HVAC unit every year. This would ensure all components of the device including the temperature control are doing well. Also that they do not have wear and are officially lubricated. Once they were done with everything, the cleaning team came in and cleaned the entire laboring area, leaving it cleaner than how they found it. I thought this was fantastic after-sale maintenance as most heating company workers were messy when laboring.
