The A/C repair guy showed up on the wrong morning

My spouse and I called to make an appointment with the heating and A/C repair shop. It was time for our annual repair tune up. Ever since the two of us have busy a tune-up once a year, the heat pump and cooling system seem to work much better. I called to make the appointment and I chose Sunday at 9 a.m., because I knew my spouse would be lake cabin on that morning. There has to be an adult present when the service is performed, so my spouse or myself have to be lake cabin when the heating and A/C repair specialist arrives. I chose Sunday, because it is the only morning when our children do not have day activities like ballet, piano, or soccer practice. My spouse waited and waited for the specialist to arrive. The appointment was busy for 3 in the day. The guy never showed up and my spouse finally called the repair company to find out why. The lady on the PC told my spouse that they had us busy for the next morning at the same time. It was a scheduling error and mix up and there was nothing the two of us could do to service the problem. Both of us had to wait until the following week and make the appointment for Sunday again. Since there was an error, the repair service provided us 10% off of the routine prices. At least they made up for the aggravation and the mistake. I don’t believe if it was our mistake or theirs, however at least they were unquestionably nice when I called.
