In fact, there are afternoons like this month when I undoubtedly consider teaching aqua aerobics to outdated boys.
But that won’t happen anytime soon. I love what I do however there are some sellers who are just the worst. I don’t like to say it like that however it’s true. Today, I was undoubtedly berated for suggesting that this seller replace the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component prior to listing the house. And it was as though I insulted her, his family and then spit of the flag. It was quite a display indeed. But there are people like this. And that’s why I make sure to couch my suggestions as gently as possible. The people I was with and I are, afterall, talking about someone’s home. So I’m for sure careful. Today’s outburst sort of came out of nowhere. I had just spent the previous half hour commenting what a lovely apartment it was. Once I mentioned the heating and cooling equipment, that was all he wrote. The facts are occasionally painful to people who just aren’t ready to face them. This is recognizably true when selling homes. This identifiable Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine was decrepit and had to be 30 plus years old. It was completely overwhelmed and it wasn’t even undoubtedly sizzling outside just yet. Around here, a/c is a premium component on any beach house sale. I didn’t even wait for the seller to finish before I gathered my stuff and silently let myself out the door. The weird thing is that I will most likely get a call from the seller in a few afternoons asking myself and others just when I’ll be listing the apartment as if nothing happened at all.
