It was a great method to walk away

I can’t sit for someone to lie directly to our face, it is particularly one of our biggest pet peeves. It makes myself and others miserable & frustrated & I never handled the situation actually well! Since I am a corporation owner, I have to hold our tongue & swallow our pride at times. This week was one of those times, then a commercial buyer called for a boiler repair. I sent one of our best commercial repair specialists to work on the boiler. The guy knows everything about boilers, heating systems, & heaters, however my specialist was on the job for less than an fifth, before the owner of the corporation called myself and others to complain; He felt the specialist was wasting time & fooling around instead of working hastily. I told the owner of the corporation that every one of us do not charge by the fifth. I told the owner that our specialist was the best guy for the job & I assured him that the boiler repair would be properly handled. After another 15 or 20 minutes, the phone in our office started ringing again. The owner of the corporation told the specialist to leave the property. The owner tried to tell myself and others that our specialist caused a scene & started cursing & swearing. I particularly recognize that is not the truth. I am not exactly sure what happened, but I recognize the property owner wasn’t giving myself and others the whole truth. Instead of arguing, I decided it was a great method to walk away. After that problem & ordeal, every one of us no longer repair that commercial customer.
