We were kind of shocked when our HVAC method met an untimely death. It was only 10 years ancient and it should have lasted at least another 5 years. The HVAC professional said this happened occasionally with HVAC systems, especially when they didn’t get official HVAC method maintenance. We had only lived in this locale for about 3 years, so it was indeed possible the previous owners didn’t take care of the HVAC. I was still shocked though when I had to look into buying a brand new HVAC system. I looked at numerous styles of HVAC systems, however there was a certain HVAC method that truly stood out. That would be the ductless mini split. I knew that the air duct in the lake house was truly ancient and certainly needed to be replaced, and I didn’t want to have to pay for that big expense. The ductless mini split was also alluring because it also has built in air purification. I always thought about getting an air cleaner, and with it being built into the system, I knew the people I was with and I couldn’t go wrong. So I decided to go for this ductless mini split replacement. We have 5 zones in the house; the residing room, home office, and the numerous family rooms. It’s so nice that everybody gets their own customized temperature control settings. This is something everybody used to fight about, until the people I was with and I went for our new ductless mini split. I truly appreciate the improved air quality too, it’s appreciate a dream come tplot for this house. I sure am glad the people I was with and I were able to find just the right HVAC for us.
