I felt as if I was under home arrest.

Last year I called my Heating and A/C company to ask for an appointment to have our air conditioner device serviced.

Normally I always wait for the Heating and A/C company to call me and supply myself and others the normal reminder that it was time for the AC repair to be done.

They returned my call that day and gave myself and others an appointment for 9AM the following Tuesday morning. I loved this 9AM time. I figured that even if they were running an hour late, I could still make it to task on time. They told myself and others there was a long 4 hour window of time, and I was a little put off. That meant I had to plan on being home up until at least 1 or 2PM, if they got there at 1PM which was the end of the 4 hour long window. I had to be at task at two and this was cutting things close for our liking. I had things to do and I wanted to get them done. I decided to take care of all our errands on the Monday before the repair was to be done. When I got home, I had a message posted on our door. The Heating and A/C tech had arrived 1 afternoon early and now he couldn’t get back to our home until noon on Tuesday. I called the Heating and A/C company back and asked why he was a afternoon early. She said they had left me a message, although I hadn’t received a single. She apologized, however the time for a new HVAC worker had already been set up. I now felt prefer I was being imprisoned, while waiting around for the Heating and A/C tech.
