Sometimes there are battles that simply can’t be won plus you just have to let go.
Or at least pull back plus consider other options.
This is the case for me plus an ongoing dispute with the developer who built my house. My apartment is in a planned community plus I chose from several floor plans. The apartment itself, I’m certainly satisfied with. It’s the Heating, Ventilation and A/C that is the problem. Now the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component is great. I have a heating plus cooling system that is current plus has a certainly high SEER number. It was pressing to me to get a heat pump that was certainly efficient plus eco friendly as well. That was not the concern at all. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C component is even better than what I thought it would be. The concern is the ventilation plus air duct layout. This is where things get weird. I observed not to long after I moved in that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C vents were in some rather unusual places. For example I had 2 Heating, Ventilation and A/C ducts in the master bath however only a single Heating, Ventilation and A/C vent in the master study room. And that Heating, Ventilation and A/C vent was located at the door. None of this made sense until a neighbor pointed out that the air duct fit a unusual however somewhat similar floor plan from the developer. The developer denied this but I was able to pretty much prove my case showing them their own floor plans. But they aren’t budging so I’m turning to an Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier to help me mitigate the air duct concern while I consider my other options. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier is working to redirect some of the vents in a way that will make the ventilation more even throughout the house. But the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional is doing so in a way that won’t hurt the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component either.
