When all of us first decided to rent this house all of us were a bit taken aback by the fact that it didn’t have a traditional heating and cooling system.
The people I was with and I have constantly rented houses with forced air systems.
They constantly had air duct and vents where the heated or cooled air would get into the house. The people I was with and I also constantly make sure that our homes have central heating and air. No window units or wall furnaces for us. Thank you honestly much. So all of us found this house online and it said it had a multi cut plan for heating and cooling. I didn’t guess what that was and I asked. It turns out that a multi cut plan is like a traditional Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan except that it doesn’t have any ducts. A multi cut plan has little hoses that run from the heating and cooling plan into the air dispensers inside of the house. The best section about this is that each of the dispensers have their own thermostat. So the entire house is zone controlled. I honestly like that however I might have been a bit dishonest. That easily is not the best part. The best section is that multi cut systems use a lot less electricity than traditional Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems do. This is because they labor differently and just don’t need so much power to get sizzling or frigid air. It is also because less heated or cooled air is lost in the hoses than would be lost in air duct. So it is a win-win. Needless to say, all of us decided to rent the house and all of us couldn’t be happier.
