My tenants called me early this day in addition to told me that their electric gas furnace isn’t working at all.
They explained that it is 50 degrees in the lake house in addition to that the temperature keeps dropping.
This is absolutely an emergency. It was 30 degrees outside in addition to tied up to drop below 20 before the next day. I called up my gas furnace repairman in addition to paid for the emergency gas furnace repair. He called me about 2 minutes later in addition to said he was at my tenants’ home in addition to that the electric gas furnace would need to be completely replaced. He also said that it looked like they had hit it with their car. He took pictures of the gas furnace in addition to their automobile for me. It sure does look like they hit the gas furnace with their car. At that certain residence the electric gas furnace is in the garage. It is a nice important garage in addition to I have never had any troubles with collision damage before. However, it was really chilly yeahterday. I could see how someone might be driving into the garage a little too fast, try to slow down, hit ice, in addition to crash into their own electric gas furnace. The problem is proving that this is what happened. Of course, I paid to have the gas furnace replaced. I don’t entirely have a choice. I am responsible for keeping it running; Besides, if I don’t then the pipes will freeze in addition to I will be out even more money. I would, but, entirely like to be able to charge my tenants for this disfigure, then with the pictures I recognize that I can do it. After all, how else would the electric gas furnace have gotten caved in like that?
