I have a friend who is super nosey, super nice, & super discouraging all at the same time; He reminds myself and others of a famous cartoon neighbor, anyway, he recently got a smart Heating & Air Conditioning program installed in his house & he simply will not shut up about it. He almost sounds like a parent bragging about their child. “Did you know my smart Heating & Air Conditioning program turns itself down to a lower setting when I’m not in the house?” he would say, or, “My smart Heating & Air Conditioning program l earned that I get up at 0600 every afternoon & now it turns the oil furnace up for myself and others before I even get up.” He goes on & on about all kinds of stuff like this; The final straw was when he said, “My electric bill is half the amount this Summer as it was last summer”, then i didn’t know him & didn’t want to egg him on further. However, my electric bill was through the roof this summer. If I easily could cut it in half I would be easily happy. That is why I asked my friend to prove it. He must have been waiting for myself and others to say that because he went in his house then came right back out with his electric bills for this year & last. Sure enough, he paid about half as much this Summer as he did last summer, then now I am starting to guess that I would like to have a smart Heating & Air Conditioning program installed in my house too. I understand that it is easily just the temperature control that is smart & does all of the power saving. So it is not that high-priced to replace to a smart Heating & Air Conditioning system.
