There are times where a road block isn’t actually as insurmountable as it may appear.
This is particularly the case when you’re trying your best to handle a lot of things all at once and get it done in a timely manner.
Oh and you still have to get to that perfectly HVAC controlled office to do your job as well. This is what my wife and I found ourselves in when we bought a lovely home that needed a bunch of work. We had spent many winter night with the heater going and the space heater close by figuring out whether this project was doable or not. We decided that this place was worth it due to its unique design and character. So we came up with a game plan and set out to get it accomplished. We sold our home as part of our financing for the new place and the renovations. That meant that we lived out of a camper with a space heater and no air conditioning. We parked that camper in front of the house we bought and were renovating. Much of the renovations were something we could handle. But we also counted on professionals like an HVAC contractor as well. When we found out that our plan to replace the HVAC unit wouldn’t work, we had to go back to the drawing board. Thankfully, the HVAC contractor suggested that we use ductless mini splits as our heating and cooling method. Not only did it fit our budget but we now have a sort of zone control as each ductless mini split is independently controlled.
