When I first moved to a different part of the country to start my career I received tons of advice from my family and friends. Some of it was pretty solid advice that truly benefited me, and some of it was awful. One of the main pieces of advice that I received from my family was from my uncle. He told me that as soon as I found a house up in the north, the first thing that I need to do is reach out to the best reviewed HVAC ventilation, heating and cooling company in town and get radiant flooring installed. At first I thought that he was just saying that because he is in the HVAC industry himself, and I had a feeling that he was simply used to giving that advice to possible customers, Despite what I thought at the time with further research on my own I started to warm up to the idea of actually getting radiant flooring. The thing that I liked the most was that I my heating source would be coming naturally from the earth rather than from a big and loud heated gas furnace. It was also much more dependable than a fireplace in my opinion, easier to maintain as well. Since I have invested in radiant flooring in my house up north I have seen a tremendous improvement both in my overall comfort at home as well as my monthly heating costs. Too much advice can be a dangerous thing, but I am glad that I listened to my knowledgeable uncle on this one.
