When I first purchased our property by the lakeside, I wouldn’t have imagined our arena would become so popular with our friends & colleagues. After building our retirement home three years ago, I started receiving guests frequently. Most of them just loved the view, so all of us would spend most weekends & afternoons just seeing the sun go down from our balcony on the rooftop. At first I was able to comfortably accommodate most of our visitors however as time went by, I feared that 1 day I hadhave many visitors that I am unable to accommodate within our 4 family room house. So I embarked on building a guest wing that could apartment up to three more families. However, all this was done in our absence with a relative manager on site who admittedly overlooked a couple of things. By the time I made it back, the finishing was being done, & the ventilation wasn’t properly structured. I had to put in a lot of cash to buy a current hybrid Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea & extra mini chop cooling system to improve the air quality in these quarters. This was based on the advice of the cooling system corporation who oversaw the a/c set up on our main apartment & now does the heating & cooling service. I basically went for the latest cooling technology & Heating, Ventilation & A/C brands because I wanted to have the best cooling products that can make our guests actually comfortable. These additions were covered in our current a/c care program so that the A/C filter, our portable whole-house air purifier & the whole home air purification idea I just purchased for the guest wing can also be tested under 1 home services agreement..
