How my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C handles the weather

Winters in the south always fluctuate quite a bit.

I have been getting mornings of what I consider cold.

I have wind, rain plus frosty hot plus cold temperatures in the 50s plus sometimes 40s! My heating idea has to pump out air all evening plus day long. It is horrible being cooped up in the house. Then a few mornings later the hot plus cold temperatures will start out in the low 60s plus work their way into the 80s! Suddenly I am wearing shorts, a tank top plus wishing I had my A/C component running. Thank goodness I do have a central Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. The component decides heating or cooling, not me. I set the temperature at 78 degrees plus let it do the rest. In the Wintertide mainly I am experiencing heating in order to get up to 78 degrees, then on unusual mornings when the weather gets a little warmer, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is either not operating or absolutely cooling the beach house to 78 degrees. I don’t need to touch a button or mess with anything. Another perk is that the temperature control I have with this idea alerts me on the weather outside. I used to watch the news, log on my computer or check the weather app on my iPhone, but now when I walk by the temperature control in the hallway it lights up plus shows me the forecast. I know what temperature it is inside, outside plus what the weather will do later in the day. It allows me to dress accordingly for the day plus know if I am getting heat or cooling system this week.
