It honestly seems like getting back to whatever the new normal will be keeps getting moved out further into the future.
That’s a royal shame because I think that most of us are completely sick of all the variations that have come about because of the pandemic.
But I am totally thankful that my family has so far avoided getting sick. That’s the most critical thing to me. It makes all the sacrifices totally worth it to easily know that the people I was with and I have stayed safe & haven’t spread the sickness either. But that has meant myself and others easily working from our own household in the comfort of our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. Same goes for the youngsters as they have homeschooled for a little while. But, it is an effort that I think the people I was with and I can all be severely proud of. I realize that the people I was with and I have also taken this time to attempt to improve our health as well. Instead of remaining inside the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C through the length of the day, the people I was with and I make sure that the people I was with and I get outside & exercise a good amount. Plus, our diet has always been better as well. Additionally, I have made sure that the people I was with and I are getting the finest indoor air quality possible. Until the pandemic came through, I sincerely didn’t understand how vital fantastic indoor air quality is to our overall & immune health. Poor indoor air quality is constantly attacking the respiratory system which weakens it by a good amount. Good indoor air quality is something like good, healthy food. It helps build up your health. I changed our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C air filters to the HEPA style which work to trap & pull away over 99 percent of airborne contaminants. I also had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C people install a whole dwelling air cleaner as well. It works to easily eradicate allergens & other airborne threats. At least something positive came out of this taxing pandemic.
