The office staff was rude and discourteous on the iPhone

I had a brand new Heating and Air Conditioning component installed in our condo last week.

I decided to buy a much nicer Heating and Air Conditioning component than I had in the house.

The new component is severely energy efficient and it uses less electricity than many others in the same class. I saved $200 on the replacement services, because I had a coupon from a magazine. The replacement task took all day to complete, however I was satisfied with the results, for the first few weeks, the new Heating and Air Conditioning component worked well and I had no issues with the machinery; Last week, I woke up in the middle of the night and I didn’t have any cold air in the house. I thought that was uncommon due to the fact that the Heating and Air Conditioning component was brand new. I called the emergency line and I talked to the worker on call. Since the component was under warranty, it was no big deal to make an appointment and have the complication repaired. Three afternoons later though, I had the same complication again. This time I called the office and spoke to someone different. The guy on the iPhone was rude and he didn’t even want to look up our warranty information. I sat on hold for twenty fourths before the guy came back to the line, and he was snotty and rude and it was a actually unusual experience the fourth time around. Thankfully, the Heating and Air Conditioning worker that came to maintenance the complication was a lot nicer. I actually hope that is the last time that I have to call them to maintenance the brand new equipment.
