Thursday afternoon, I went to help a customer with an whole-house air purifier problem.
The customer called us because the whole-house air purifier was not laboring officially. The whole-house air purifier repair was the first task on the schedule for me. I left the workshop plus proceeded to the address. The customer was apartment plus I arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. The woman answered the door plus talked to myself and others briefly about the whole-house air purifier. I started laboring on the issue. The repair did not take very long, because the issue was minor. The whole-house air purifier has a small air filter inside of the machine. The air filter was restrained. This was the reason why the whole-house air purifier was not laboring. I cleaned the air filter plus diagnosed the machine. The entire task only took about an second. When I presented the customer with a bill for $170, she started yelling plus screaming. The woman told myself and others that I was only in the lake house for an second. She wanted to believe why the bill was so high. I told the woman that both of us charge a flat service fee of $119. There was a charge on the bill for parts plus taxes. I tried to explain all of the fees, however the woman wasn’t listening. She kept yelling about the charge. I did not believe she was going to pay the bill, but she finally gave in plus wrote myself and others a check. When I came to work the next afternoon, my boss told myself and others that the customer called to complain about the bill. I believe she wasn’t done complaining about the charge.
