I am not an HVAC technician, but I know stuff.

I guess that you could say that I am one of those guys that know how to fix practically everything. I am from a different generation than most people. Today, everyone likes to specialize in their field. One person knows how to fix HVAC units. Another person knows how to build things. Other people work with electricity. In this society, everyone is dependent upon one another. However, the generation that I grew up in valued a different type of knowledge. Men were supposed to know how to do a little bit of everything, and that is how I was trained. That is why I know how to fix HVAC units. I am not an HVAC technician, but I would challenge any HVAC technician to demonstrate that they know more about my HVAC unit than I do. In fact, I have been teaching people how to fix HVAC units for years. I started by teaching my children how to fix their own HVAC units, and I have even taught my grandchildren how to fix their own HVAC units. They have managed to fix their own HVAC units without my help since then, so I must be doing a pretty great job working on HVAC units. I know that most people do not know how to fix their own HVAC units, but I know that they would be able to if they tried to learn. It honestly isn’t’ that hard to work on HVAC units.
