I keep hoping that my arms will get used to being more active and no longer be sore
I am taking a physical training class at the core progression near me. The whole class consists around arm workouts. When I am on my own working out. I really like doing cardio or leg heavy workouts. I skip arms constantly when I am alone. My group fitness class is to ensure that I get all over fit. The personal trainer has us do more than lift free weights and do arm curls. I get to use all sorts of equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and weighted poles. I can do singular or partner work with this equipment too. The fitness expert also has me do push ups, planks and various yoga poses working on arm strength. I like that my class is always different. I like that I almost get tricked into doing arms. After the class, I suffer though. My arms get sore to the point that I have trouble shampooing my hair. I also for days don’t want anyone touching my arms. I do the physical training class two days a week. I am still wrecked after each class. I am wondering if maybe I should up my days or do a little bit of arm work throughout the week. I keep hoping that my arms will get used to being more active and no longer be sore. Ideally my arms would tone up and I would look like I actually work on them. Right now I just have thin, stick arms that don’t look like I lift weights as much as I do.
