Working in a grocery store has always been an easy task for me, however all of that changed recently.
Now stocking the shelves has suddenly become an essential task.
A lot of things changed when the Covid-19 virus first started infecting people in this country. Everything closed down for 30 afternoons in this state while all of us stayed in a mandatory quarantine. The number of cases continued to rapidly rise everyday, despite many measures to contain the virus; Folks do not think that wearing masks are necessary plus people still do not disinfect their hands whenever they go to the bathroom. It’s disgusting. The grocery store closes early every evening, however all of us do not feel as though they honestly disinfect plus sanitize all the surfaces every day. Every one of us carefully disinfect the carts once in the day plus then they stay dirty all day. It’s up to each individual client who walks through the door to sanitize the surfaces their hands touch. The boss told us to consistently wear a mask plus use the hand sanitizer stations. She also decided to rapidly change the air filter more frequently. The store Heating plus Air Conditioning plan in use has more than one separate air handlers plus each of them have an air filter to change. The grocery store used to change the air filter monthly, however since the COVID quarantine it has been more frequent. The air filter is being changed every one weeks now plus the owner of the grocery store thinks this is going to work effectively to keep the coronavirus out of the store.
