I guess that our head is still reeling even after all these weeks dealing with the pandemic. The sense of helplessness can actually be something that stays with a person given the health crisis all of us are living through. I am still grateful that I am able to continue to labor albeit inside the Heating, Ventilation and A/C comfort of our home. While I have inspected our labor schedule for the most part, our partner lost her task entirely. So, our economic situation hasn’t been the best and spending has been reduced to only essentials. Yet, I still wanted to do what I could to make sure that our family was as protected from the virus as possible. After a bit of research and help from our friends from the Heating, Ventilation and A/C location, I have found a proactive solution to help us maintain our health. It turns out that some recent studies find that a whole apartment media air cleaner working together with a HEPA style Heating, Ventilation and A/C air filter helps get the virus out of the air. Of course, this is not a cure or a sure fire plan of not catching the virus, but it easily helps. With the whole apartment media air cleaner and the HEPA air filter, the aerosol virus particulate is removed from inside air within 30 minutes. This combination is just an added layer of protection from this potentially deadly virus. It helps be rest a bit easier since I have a genetically suppressed immune response and I am more vulnerable to the worst effects of Covid. But the feeling of easily being proactive has helped replace that feeling of helplessness at least a bit.
