My local heating and air conditioning company is pretty terrible.
This is why I eventually ended up finding an independent heat and a/c contractor in my area to do all of my heating and air conditioning repairs and tune ups.
The main local heating and cooling company was nothing short of lazy and unorganised. Every single time you would call them to schedule a heat and a/c appointment of any kind they would always try to push it out as much as humanly possible. In the event of an HVAC emergency, forget it! You had to call a local heat and a/c contractor in order to get that kind of service. That is how I ended up getting the independent heat and a/c contractor I deal with exclusively today. My central heating and air conditioning system had gone out right in the middle of a major summer heat wave and I needed it fixed the same day. The local heating and cooling company would give me no results, so finding this one HVAC contractor, he was at my place within a half an hour and had my central air conditioning system back up and running within less than an hour! After seeing how laid back and to the point heat and a/c maintenance work should be, this woke me up to get rid of the local heating and air conditioning company and start doing all my HVAC business with this independent heating and air conditioning contractor. He simply is nothing short of the best in the HVAC business in my area!
