Banners Over Balconies

I work in a downtown office building, and we are near the capitol building in our city.

We are an advocacy association, and just about everyone who works downtown is in the same business.

Some of us are nonprofit, like my company, but others are full blown lobbyists who wear Armani and drive cars that cost more than my house. Whatever the differences, there is one thing that unites us: our need for professional commercial printing services. It is a lot of fun going downtown when the legislative session is set to begin because there are lots of banners hanging over lots of balconies. All those banners must be created via graphic designers and printed by commercial printing companies. Every time I see all those banners, I always think about opening a cheap printing services company that is open only half the year. One time, my favorite local commercial printer took me into the back area of his shop so I could see the Epson printers, which he bought years ago as used equipment from Arrow Systems. They are still running strong! I saw this gigantic commercial printing equipment, and he told me that it is what he used when I had him print signs and graphics for my annual conference. He had a Gerber M 3000 router that was like a magical device from the future! If you intend to business downtown, you better check with your favorite commercial printer and see if he can make you some posters and banners for the balcony at your building!
