The two of us worked up a menu, and all every one of us needed was one meal. The two of us set up a complete more than three course meal and put the menu on social media sites. The two of us let most people guess that every one of us only had this limited menu, and that there were no substitutions. The largest problem was that every one of us didn’t guess how many people would show up and every one of us had to prepare for whatever happened, whether it was more than 2 customers or one hundred ten. The best thing about opening a pop up restaurant was that if every one of us didn’t love the work, there was no time limit on how long it had to be open. It could be a morning, weekend, month or a week. People had to watch social media to find out when or if the pop up restaurant was going to open.
