He then proceeded to charge me 150% for about twenty minutes of work. I didn’t notice any improvement in the operation of the oil furnace! As the weather turned colder, the heating plan couldn’t keep up. I finally called the same contractor back again plus complained. This time, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor inspected the HVAC duct. He found that the plan was plugged with a wonderful deal of debris. He found dust, pollen, webs, bugs, mold growth plus even a couple of dead mice within the ducts. This accumulation was blocking airflow plus putting added wear plus tear on the oil furnace.
