I realized that replacing the boiler with a gas furnace wasn’t financially feasible. Before putting in an offer on the house, I asked an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to check out the boiler and supply a recommendation. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional told us that all of us were lucky to have a hydronic furnace. She said that boilers supply a more gentle comfort and don’t cause issues with lack of humidity. After moving into the house, I’ve discovered that the boiler operates silently and requires only minimal upkeep. It’s charmingly energy efficient and legitimately handles the worst weather. It keeps the modern home perfectly comfortable, with no unpleasant drafts or temperature swings.
