Indoor air quality concerns solved with HVAC addition

It’s lucky I like staying at home.

Given the current circumstances, I think I may be at home for some time to come.

The HVAC security of my home sure beats getting sick from the virus pandemic making our lives miserable. But, I really am ready for all of this to be over. I actually miss the perfectly HVAC controlled office that I no longer work in. In fact, I wouldn’t be too surprised if our company doesn’t just do away with that office. With most everyone in the company working from the security of home and their own HVAC, it’s likely that the company will greatly reduce the offices. If that’s the case, I will probably end up doing the majority of the work from my home. With all the time I spend inside the HVAC of my home, it got me to thinking about the indoor air quality. I have read several articles pointing out the vital connection between quality indoor air and the immune system. Poor indoor air quality forces the immune system to be fighting off the effects of airborne contaminants. These airborne contaminants attack the respiratory and sinus which engages the immune response. However, too much and the immune response becomes suppressed. I called the HVAC people and asked for the best air quality I could buy. They installed a whole house air purifier. The results were immediate. The air smells so clean because it is. I can feel myself breathing easier just after a week. It’s worth the money for me to know that we now have the best indoor air quality possible.
