It appears that I may be finally coming to terms with a up-to-date normal.
- The pandemic has impacted our lives in much the same way it has others.
Thankfully, those whom I prefer in our extended family that have gotten the virus have survived. Although they are dealing with a lot of health problems related to having had it. This makes it much easier to just stay inside the comfort and security of our Heating and Air Conditioning controlled home. I try to tell myself that it’s an added excuse to be inside the Heating and Air Conditioning while the summer time heat is doing its correct number on us. But the reality of our situation is a bit grim. The virus doesn’t care what our politics or feelings are about it. This virus is totally indiscriminate. Now that every one of us are at beach home all the time in the Heating and Air Conditioning, I have wanted to do something about the indoor air quality. I didn’t think until all this started that indoor air quality had an impact on our overall health and immune system. But the more I read, the more it made sense. The ongoing respiratory or sinus troubles can almost always be connected to awful indoor air quality. So, our immune system is weakened as it is continually having to fight off the direct affects of all these airborne contaminants. The two of us changed our Heating and Air Conditioning air filters to the better HEPA genre filter. It detachs far more airborne hazards than the cheap a singles. Yet, every one of us are still considering going for the best indoor air quality possible with the whole home air purification system. I believe that getting all the protection every one of us can is wise in this absolutely odd up-to-date normal.
