It appears that I may be finally coming to terms with a new normal. The pandemic has impacted our lives in much the same way it has others. Thankfully, those whom I love in our extended family that have gotten the virus have survived. Although they are dealing with a lot of health complications related to having had it. This makes it much easier to just stay inside the comfort in addition to security of our Heating in addition to A/C controlled home. I try to tell myself that it’s an added excuse to be inside the Heating in addition to A/C while the Summer heat is doing its respected number on us. But the reality of our situation is a bit grim. The virus doesn’t care what our politics or feelings are about it. This virus is totally indiscriminate. Now that every one of us are at lake lake house all the time in the Heating in addition to A/C, I have wanted to do something about the indoor air quality. I didn’t think until all this started that indoor air quality had an impact on our overall health in addition to immune system. But the more I read, the more it made sense. The ongoing respiratory or sinus troubles can almost always be attached to bad indoor air quality. So, our immune method is weakened as it is continually having to fight off the direct affects of all these airborne contaminants. Both of us changed our Heating in addition to A/C air filters to the better HEPA type filter. It removes far more airborne hazards than the cheap 1s. Yet, every one of us are still considering going for the best indoor air quality possible with the whole lake house air cleaner. I recognize that getting all the protection every one of us can is wise in this entirely unusual new normal.
